{1 year session - mr. "j"}

This week while in Texas, I was able to have a 1 year old session with some college friends' son. Mr. "j" is adorable! He is the perfect mix of his Daddy & Mommy. Check out his gorgeous blue eyes too. He was so serious for our session, though I managed to get a few smiles out of him! Enjoy your sneak peek!

{sweet, sweet granny}

I was so blessed and excited to take pictures of this amazingly gorgeous woman....because she is my grandmother, Granny! Isn't she beautiful? Would you believe it if I told you she is 92, and will be 93 in October? Well, she is! Aren't I lucky to have her genes? Anyways, she asked if I would take these for her Christmas cards. I just had to share them with all of you!

I also took my daughter out for a photo session and Granny joined us as well. I am in LOVE with the pictures below that I was able to capture of the two of them. I will treasure these forever.

Early Saturday morning I headed to Del Ray to do this maternity session. Morning light is just gorgeous, and Saturday was no different, especially outside of Sarah's adorable home with a gorgeous wrap around porch. Don't you just love her dress? {newborn session ~ miss "s"}

Continuing my marathon of sessions while back in DC, I headed to MD to see miss "s" for her newborn session. I loved doing this session because these are dear friends of mine from college, who also live in the DC area. Miss "s" was such a trooper while we moved her around for a couple of hours. At the end of our session, we headed outside to do some family pictures, and look at the surprise in their backyard ~ this gorgeous greenery and fence! Such a gem. But what was even a greater thing to see, was the love these two have for their new baby girl. It definitely shows in these pictures! Enjoy your sneak peek!

{newborn ~ miss "ap"}

I got to spend this morning with this sweet baby girl, miss "ap." She is precious and looks so much like her brother, mr. "p." It was such a pleasure to do this session, as we have become great friends with miss "ap"'s Mom and Dad through church. Doesn't she have the sweetest little face? She is just beautiful and so sweet. {sneak peek ~ newborn session ~ mr. "r"}

This week I had several newborn sessions, and I was able to get started with this sweet little boy, mr. "r." Isn't he adorable? Look at those lips! They are gorgeous. We had a great time with this little man and his big brother, "q." We took pictures all around the house and ventured outside in the heat to capture some precious ones. Of course we had to get mr. "q" in on the action, so we captured some of him right before he turns 2! Enjoy your sneak peek!
